FedEx Trade Networks Closes Dublin, Ireland Office on Monday, October 16, 2017 Due to Hurricane Ophelia Impact

FedEx Trade Networks is closing its Dublin, Ireland office on Monday, October 16, 2017, amid concerns over potential damage from the remnants of Hurricane Ophelia. The office should reopen Tuesday, October 17, 2017. FedEx Trade Networks is taking its lead from authorities in Ireland who have closed schools, courts, and government buildings due to reports of strong wind gusts topping 100 mph. Such heavy winds have the potential to cause structural damage and disruption, with dangerous marine conditions due to high seas and potential flooding.
