Automatic "Ready to Roll" Confirmation

Your Border Summary Sheet can be faxed or e-mailed immediately upon receipt of the K3 message (trip finalized) from Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). We also include the "earliest arrival" time stamp for drivers. This saves your driver time and helps avoid early arrival penalties.

 

Full Service Filing Option

With our full service filing option, you can fax your documents to FedEx Trade Networks for filing the e-manifest and broker entry. Upon completion of your e-manifest, a border summary will be returned to you for submission to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon arrival.

With our full service filing option, we monitor the manifest for the "broker entry on file" message. This helps avoid delays at the border for lack of broker entry.

 

Subscriber Access (Self Filing) Option

With our subscriber access option, you can file your own e-manifests using our system. With the subscriber access option, you have 24/7 help desk support from FedEx Trade Networks. You will be able to file your own e-manifests, update your driver and vehicle profiles, monitor the broker entry status, and view CBP disposition messages upon arrival and release. With our Web-based system, there are no IT development issues, installation or maintenance costs.
