About Form

FedEx Logistics, Inc. (FedEx Logistics) provides My Global Trade Data to its clients to allow the retrieval of critical information. Subscribers are granted a unique identification code (User ID), which verifies the subscriber's identity and determines the specific information available. The following information profile is required to grant the My Global Trade Data User ID.
